Southern Roofing completed our metal roofing project this past summer and we would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a honest roofing contractor. Mark patiently walked me through all of the options available - upgrades were fairly priced and the finished product looks even better than expected. Every member of the crew on site was respectful, friendly and a pleasure to have around for the summer. The project ended up taking longer than expected given the complexity of our roof - pricing did not change from the original quote. Looking around at other roofs across the city I was also very worried about ‘oil canning’ - the Southern team took every measure possible to avoid this - our roof looks fantastic! Great experience overall..

We had our roof/siding replaced by Southern Roofing after the hail storm in summer 2024. They have been great right from the start. The office staff was great to deal with taking time to explain the quotes and invoices to me. The crews were friendly and professional completing the work timely and properly. A shout out to the roofing crew, Katrina and Ricky, who were very diligent stopping my wife from driving out of the garage into an area that could have had nails. They dropped everything and went over the area with a magnet ensuring that we didn’t wind up with a flat tire. These two were always friendly and cleaned up the mess at the end of everyday! Would definitely recommend!!

I am writing to share my positive experience with Southern Roofing and Waterproofing following the damage to our roof caused by the August 2024 hailstorm. After consulting with our insurance company, Southern Roofing and Waterproofing was recommended as the preferred vendor for warranty purposes. While I did receive quotes from other contractors, I chose to go with the recommended vendor to avoid potential surprises down the road. From the moment I was introduced to Cheryl, the project manager, I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and communication. Cheryl was always prompt, consistently keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and timely updates made this experience stress-free. The scheduling was seamless and adhered to the established timelines, and the follow-up was exceptional. The crew that came to work on our roof was equally impressive. They were professional, communicative, and kept me updated on the progress of the job and the estimated timeline for completion. Despite the challenging weather conditions, including snow on the ground, they did their best to maintain a clean work environment. The team that replaced the eavestroughs and downspouts was also great—they completed the work efficiently, even working around our solar panels without causing any damage. Overall, I highly recommend Southern Roofing and Waterproofing, and I especially recommend Cheryl as a project coordinator. Kudos to the team for running such an efficient and effective operation. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
