Visited this local boutique on a Monday morning. Was easy to locate from GPS, but appeared to be a western store so that threw me off. I was greeted with a shout from the back of the large store when I entered but then the staff disappeared into the back room of the store. Clothing and accessories were trendy, stocked and clean. Staff member, Taylor, answered all my questions to the best of her ability and started a dressing room for me without me asking. In the end, I decided on some clearance shoes and athletic pants. The blush colored flip flops are awesome! $5! Go down a half size. The star athletic pants are worth $10. I bought the small and usually wear a size 2 jeans. The clearance racks and tables were affordable for the quality (see my pics). Ample sale/clearance areas. I tried on several new and sale items to provide a well-rounded review. Overall, I allotted 4 (more precisely would say 3.5) stars because of high prices for average pieces and lack of accessibility to staff. They were in the adjacent store and only available if I shouted for someone 😫. I felt like I was bothering them. I was the only shopper.

Poor customer service. Purchased a $70 romper for a concert and the zipper broke when attempting to wear that evening. Attempted to return within 10 days for a refund with the receipt and tags still in place. The shop owner was not willing to issue a refund, only store credit, stating there’s no way for her to know what happens once items leave the store. The romper was clearly defective.
