Jared Mowery3/22/24 Update - I have tried reaching them several times without any returned calls or messages so I will revert to progressively downgrading my star rating in hopes of getting a call back. Southern Web was phenomenal when I first signed up however it has been a downward slide since Leanna left. They don't return phone calls, messages through there payment portal, or emails. This is compounded by the fact that they haven't upheld their agreement to post regular blog posts. Unfortunately due to Southern Web not honoring their word, I have to figure out how to transfer my website to another hosting platform. The irony is that they don't respond so I can't even start the process. I will continue to post updates and downgrade stars until I get a response Original Review 10/23 - I can't say enough good things about Southern Web Services. From my initial phone call to the completion of my website building they exceeded my expectations! Leanna was friendly, answered all of my questions, and communicated well throughout the project. As a small business owner, every penny counts and I am confident that my money is well invested in a website created by Southern Web Service.
