And cant forgot the valet or lot gentlemen as well. They were all simply amazing. As a previous Service Manager, Ive always believed, if you take care of your employees, they take care of you and your business and go above and beyond without asking. If I was a hiring manager, I would be trying to poach these two guys from you. 😉 Respectful and well-mannered employees are hard to come by. Its tough finding good employees these days. Carson Yanning LiThey gave me a car that's much smaller. I requested to change multiple times but they didn't arrange one for me, even though they had multiple comparable vehicles coming through their site. I had to drive the small car during this historic snow season. When returning the vehicle, they found a crack on the windshield and I had to pay for it! I never noticed it and don't know how it happened. I didn't do anything bad to the car. Maybe it's just from the cold weather. It was covered under ice near the wiperblades. If they had just gave me the right vehicle, this bad luck would not have happened to me. I wouldn't be coming back here in the future.
