An unscheduled urgent care visit is seldom an enjoyable experience. This was the exception. I was greeted promptly by John at the front desk. He’s a star - professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat. He did everything he could to streamline the check-in process while also juggling several other complex clients, both in person and on the phone. The office is clean and bright. The “paperwork” and payment were both high tech and I was able to complete them quickly on my phone. I was called back shortly after check in. Both the nurse and the doctor were also courteous and efficient. I got the help I needed quickly, and was on my way in no time!

My experience today at Piedmont Urgent Care was the best exotic have ever had at an urgent care facility. John, at the front desk, the triage nurse, Donna and the PA, Sydney were all very pleasant and extremely proficient. The visit was handled very quickly and effectively. The faculty was spotless.

I had a great experience at Piedmont Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist, Amelia, was so welcoming and sweet. She made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The staff was professional and efficient, and I truly felt cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing urgent care services!
