Had AC go out on a Friday night, found Cool Comfort the next morning. Their automated text system gave me a 10-12 Saturday appointment. AJ arrived on time, when right to work, explained as he went and fixed the problem. Repair price was very reasonable. Overall, the service was friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Definitely recommend!!
Edited in November 2023: It appears this guy isn't really doing business anymore. He won't answer his phone, has an auto text, sometimes responds but then doesn't actually go to your place to fix anything. Don't waste your time! The owner replied to my 1 star review to apologize but their outsourcing to a foreign call center resulted in $5,000 in flooring repair costs. Stay away. Original post: Called them first thing Monday morning after my AC started leaking water and they fixed it that same day. I know it's a busy time of year for AC specialists so I was grateful they could help. Paying the invoice was so easy via text/Google Pay, I wish everything in life were this simple. Thanks again!
I had Cool Comfort fix my heater that wasn't working. Ernesto was the tech that fixed the issue and he was not only very professional but also very effecient and friendly. He had us up and going in no time. Im sure all the techs at cool comfort are great but I will be asking for Ernesto when I need help again.
