Very very worst and poor customer service. Actually i ordered 36 SIZE but they sent wrong size. If you order one product they will send the wrong size and they does not provide Clear service regarding Exchange or Refunds.Even if you call or whatsapp you wont get proper solutions. So pls avoid using their products. Highly disappointed with their worst customer care services. Wont even purchase a single products from yours and Wont recommend to any. I am attaching here with proofs.

I ordered a few products from this online store, but two of them didn’t fit well, so I returned them — worth ₹4300. It’s been 25 days, and they still haven’t initiated the refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but there’s been no proper response. Their customer service is highly irresponsible, and they’re not even offering exchanges. I strongly do not recommend buying anything from here. Please be cautious before placing any orders.

Horrible service. Very poor customer support. Transaction failed while ordering and item. Trying to get the refund for over last 12 days. The phone number given in the website is not in service. Mobile number provided in the website never reach an agent(always we will get a note that the agents are assisting others you will get a call back, but no one calls again. The watsapp support is a total Crap. In one line, SP Retail Ventures seems to be very irresponsible just🐊 engulfing customers hard earned money.
