I could feel that the therapist had a lot of experience, and I really appreciated that she was able to find an appointment for me within just two days. That said, the place does not look like the pictures online. An updated photo would help to avoid wrong expectations. The room is quite small, has no windows, and the massage table wasn’t the most comfortable. The sheets are not changed after each client, although the paper cover on top is replaced. My throat started to hurt while lying face down, but after I mentioned it, she kindly folded an extra towel to elevate my head, which made a big difference. Thank you for that effort.

The room was small, but cozy. The lights were dimmed and a nice calming music was playing in the background. 10 out of 10. I also had a facial massage on the same day. This was 1 hour long too. I was taken in a different room. Again the room was small but cozy. Ruby was my therapist. She was kind and asked about the type of massage I've booked for. Her massage was great, combined with a face scrub, treatment, facial mask, as well as steam and cleansing of the face. All in all, A cozy environment with friendly warm people working there. If you are after a place to wind down in the middle of busy London, this is a great option. Thank you Ruby and Sonal. I will return with my family.
