Awful, stay away from this place! I took my baby for a haircut and the hairdresser didn't listen to my instructions. She just did whatever she wanted as fast as she could. She ruined his hair just before his 1st year photoshoot. Just awful, I can't believe this place can provide such a mediocre service.

This place will tell you one price and when you arrive they will try to jack it up 2 times. Tell your clients the real prices if you aren't afraid to charge them, be honest and upfront about it, and don't waste people's time with nickel and diming and bait and switch.

I took my wife to this establishment after seeing so high expectations for her. She is from Russia 🇷🇺 I was really hoping to have a nice warm welcome and overall experience. But unfortunately this was not the case. To begin with people was not so friendly at the entrance. Then a lady came to assist and had a hard time finding a person who wants to get a haircut for my wife. Every time she approached a hairstylist to get service for my wife they replied with "I'm tired" - "I don't want to" - "I haven't eaten yet" - "No way".... until we reached the end of the road with a guy who didn't have much enthusiasm for the job. He didn't give no recommendations to my wife, no advice no real attention. He just started cutting her hair on dry, but my wife said this isn't really a professional way to do things and had me tell the guy to please wet her hair first, then to resume the haircut. After the wash they immediately jump to the haircut but the guy was rough, he didn't ask for opinion or nothing, he was just going through the motions. When brushing her hair he was pulling really rough as well. My wife end up with a headache. It's really sad that an establishment with such "high class reputation and high prices" provides such poor service and customer service. We definitely won't come back.
