Went there today to get my 5 year old daughters ears pierced and was so happy with everything! They were so kind and so welcoming and gentle with her. I explained over the phone that we promised to take my daughter to get it done today, and we were so sad when we were told they were all booked for the day. Fortunately they had an opening and I'm so thankful they took the time to call & let us know. Very great experience.

Brought my baby girl here for her ear piercing and it was an amazing experience ! They were gentle, kind and patient with us. Zero wait time when we arrived and they were happy to let us stay as long as we needed to nurse and get the babe comfortable again before putting her back in the car seat. You can tell they are very experienced - they had the piercing done in no time and made sure she was as comfortable as possible the entire time. Super thankful to your team and we will definitely be back !

Concerned with the heat in a vacation trip, I figured getting a wax would be one of the few benefits to help me not become melted cheese. Having a full-body wax done is tough, but Maria was outstanding! The care to detail as well as the friendliness was fantastic, and the place is clean too! They have quite the set-up for manicures, pedicures, you name it! I'll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this place to family and friends for their spa needs!

Pain and agony. Do not trust this facility. I came here on Oct 6 for electrolysis on my face, underarms and bikini area. I had my consultation with the owner/technician. She recommended laser hair removal instead, saying in the long run it would be more cost effective. I explained my concern saying my husband who’s white had this done 10years ago and the technicians then wouldn’t touch me because I have dark skin. She made a face and said she’d never heard of that before. She then began to reassure me that the equipment they use now is effective and that she would go really slow. During the procedure she made excited comments over the smell of burning hair. Excited comments over how the area looked. I asked ‘you can see right away if it’s working?’ she said yes. The procedure wasn’t comfortable but I thought that was to be expected. At home the pain continued and the intensity grew to be more excruciating. I went to the doctor. I suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns. Burnt, charred skin which fell off to reveal oozing raw skin. Traumatizing. Now I have scars on my face and body. Do not trust this company. Ratings were really good and she’s convincing, but I really suffered. Worst experience ever for me.
