Worst Professional...Mr. Niraj Shyamani...Only knows how to bleed the customer and fool around.He is a smooth talker who can play with customers innocence. I regret allowing him to work on my Apartment. The Kitchen platform now needs to be stripped down since both the platforms are at different heights. The Kitchen sink all damaged due to no ventilation. The bathroom doors have collapsed with in three months of his job completion. The bathroom cupboards have collapsed due to wrong fittings. All the wardrobes need to be kicked to shut close. We cannot stop listing .....its endless. We have called another architect to correct the damages. Niraj only wants money, commissions and money ..all advance...Quality of work is very poor and and materials used are cheap and substandard. And he is not ready to correct his wrongs. Not only us, everyone who allotted work is crying. The worst professional ever seen. Mr. Niraj...Thirty Lakhs were paid to you. At least the job quality should have been worth this amount. Rest money of one lakh is withheld so that you do the work.....Any ways you have already earned that amount through commissions on our project. A big liar. June 2022 we took possession. And Jan. 2024 we have to redo the bathroom walls. The tiles are fixed without cement. The photos speak..
