I honestly never leave reviews, but this has been bothering me for a while. The store manager at this location always smells terrible — like, every single time I’ve come in. It’s honestly hard to even shop when she’s there because the odor is that strong. You’d think as a manager in retail, basic hygiene would be a given. I have avoided that store completely because of it, which is a shame because I actually like this store otherwise.

Bro, I don’t know what’s up with these workers in Toronto…this is literally the second rude, disrespectful girl I’ve had to deal with. Everything was good, I was just shopping, my friends were trying on clothes in the change room, and one of them asked me to grab a pair of jeans. So I go to get them, and there’s this one worker folding clothes and putting things away. The jeans I needed were underneath a pile of clothes she was folding, so I was struggling a bit to grab them. Her stuff was basically blocking them. I had to put all my things down like my shopping bags just to reach them properly. I wasn’t trying to be rude at all; I was literally just in a weird position trying to get the jeans. Then, out of nowhere, she grabs her pile of clothes and throws them onto the other side with this attitude, just so they’re no longer on top of the jeans. Like girl, what??? It was honestly so unnecessary. If you don’t like your job, just quit. There’s no reason to be that rude. You’re working in retail at least be respectful. She kept giving me dirty looks for no reason at all. I finally got the jeans, went to the change room to give them to my friend, and then I see her and her coworker literally looking over at us, whispering, and obviously talking about me…she kept staring, throwing nasty looks my way, and just being straight-up disrespectful to a customer. I don’t know what’s in the downtown Toronto water or air, but some of these workers specifically the girls are just so rude and act like they’re better than everyone. This one was wearing a floral dress with i think it was a black bralette under, and she had brown hair. I wish I had gotten a picture of her because honestly, she shouldn’t be working in customer service with that kind of attitude. Super rude. Super disrespectful.

I had the most amazing shopping experience here the other day!! Two of the workers, I think their names were leo and something like sofina, were very kind and helpful during my time in the fitting room. They helped me grab different sizes of the stuff I was trying on and gave me such good opinions when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I love this location!!! Definitely coming here again

Huge store with great quality clothing, accessories and few other items. The prices are on the higher side but very good quality. The store is very beautiful and aesthetically very pleasing..great job by the merchandising manager. The products are very well displayed and color coordinated. It is on 2 floors. Has some very unique products. Would recommend if you want to add some style to your wardrobe.
