Mantri Developers are fraud Builder. In case of Mantri Serenity, Kanakpura Road they have not provided individual BESCOM meters for respective flat and sold thousands of flats and now they are all suffering for electricity connection and in between for some period the entire SOCIETY had to use power backup. In case of 30 lifts in block 4 & 5 no authorized electricity connection is granted. Recently they have collected 25K from all the residents for applying INDIVIDUAL new BESCOM CONNECTIONS AND THEY WERE ALSO TO PAY SOME SHARE BUT THEY HAVR NOT PAID SO FAR AND RESIDENTS ARE SUFFERING AS USUAL. WORST BUILDER HAS NO MORAL VALUES AT ALL.

Mantris are big time cheaters, we invested 10 years back now they have not given our flat, not responding to any calls or mails, don't ever invest in mantri, it's a life time suffer for you, they just enjoy with your money. They are big liers, no humanity, once you give money they forget that you exists.

Careless developer who doesn’t even care to communicate with customers. Delay is inherent quality of this developer as I realized very late. I am one of such customers stuck with Mantri. Paid 95% and waiting for past one year without having any clue on the progress or handover. No option of withdrawal or shifting unless you pay huge amount to Mantri again so that they can live royal life from our money. Let me know if there is owners association for Mantri Energia project so that let’s fight together. See the stage of this project which is due by 31st December 2018 for handover.
