The DDAH team were patient, kind and so so gentle with Pablo and was reasonably priced in relation to other vets in the city I have been to. Meg WelterI’ve been a little disappointed with my experience here. We brought our cat in after moving to the area to get her established at the new vet in case something urgent comes up. I felt like the doctor was rushing through the appointment and not really listening to what we were saying. He recommended bringing her back in a couple months for a fasting blood test (my cat has diabetes diagnosed by our previous vet, managed with food). I called to schedule it, and a few minutes later the receptionist called me back and said there’s a different test that doesn’t require fasting and is more accurate. I said okay. We showed up for the test and the same doctor as before asked us who recommended the test. ?? You did?? When I tried to explain he kept interrupting me. It just feels like communication is not this office’s strong suit. I also wasn’t pleased with the fact that they don’t open the doors until maybe 2 minutes before the first appointment. We showed up a bit early (to make sure we weren’t late) and were stuck outside trying to shield our cat from the cold and wind. Definitely won’t be making a 9:00 AM appointment again.
