We recently moved to Rhode Island and feel so fortunate to have found and contracted Bob for our basement finishing project (~1100 sq ft). Bob was straight forward, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and responsive. He communicated well, listened, made good suggestions, stayed on budget and schedule, and did excellent work. Bob, his crew, and his subcontractors were all pleasant and positive. We are grateful for their effort and are very happy with the way our basement turned out. Bob at Spagnolo Homes was a terrific contractor for our basement renovation project, from start to finish. He helped us decide some tricky design challenges, communicated clearly about schedule and budget (staying on both to best of his ability, even when outside forces threatened to derail his efforts), and hired expert subcontractors for plumbing, electric, and drywall. He secured the best quality materials and advised us on owner-bought items like flooring and fixtures. The basement now looks better than we could ever imagine. Bob and team went way beyond the scope of work originally contracted to make my home beautiful. They were on time and kept me up to date on the schedule which they finished before end date was contracted for Bob and all of his team have been available to discuss any questions I have had since completion.
