My husband & I just ordered this evening around 5:30pm. There was no one else in line so our order which was taken correctly should have been made correctly. Look at your cameras to see that whoever is handling sandwiches is not putting them together. My husband's sandwich only had meat & cheese on it. And had the sandwich maker had their headset on they would have also heard what we ordered. We were too tired to go back to get it corrected. And we shouldn't have had to. We were the only ones until our order was almost done. Managers train your employees better. There are no excuses here. I was a manager at Wendy's. I know the drill. No excuse for not reading the sandwich screen😡😡

Never heard of Spangles (grew up outside of Kansas), but man that mushroom swiss burger hit so hard after a long day on the road. I was going to take half my burger back to the hotel, but ended up destroying the other half. They have cheap mixed drinks too! I'll definitely stop again next time I'm traveling through Kansas.

My friend and I were traveling from out of town, and this has been one of the best fast food restaurants that I have eaten at, in a long time! The food, the staff, and the cozy environment were all so amazingly wonderful. I want to give a shout out to the lovely staff that was working and who took such great care of us. There was Bernice (the Opening Manager), Loni (the General Manager), and Lucas and Tyler who made us our scrumptious food!!! It was all so delicious and we loved the polite/welcoming atmosphere there. To the Spangles CEO, you have a great staff that is working here. I hope they are treated well and that they are making what they are worth. If not, they deserve a nice raise. Good people and workers are hard to find anymore. I know what it’s like to work hard for my money, and I appreciate it when it goes towards a good experience, so THANK YOU to these hard working individuals!!! I appreciate you and I hope to be back soon!

Whoa! We are just driving through Kansas and got hungry. This looked like a country- type burger place like a DQ in Texas. I was so wrong! I had the Parmesan & Garlic burger and it was amazing! I literally licked the wrapper. It has so much bacon! The fries are cooked perfectly, nice and crunchy but soft on the inside. The cocktails to go were pretty good- very sweet. I do recommend the extra shot.
