Last night I bought some snacks from spar hyper market Brooke fields mall.The security lady who was checking the bill and products was very rude to us. The words they said hurt us,and a women wearing a spar uniform laughed sarcastically, this is so disgusting .do you treat all your customer like this? Educate your staff how to speak and behave the customer. Very very worst experience

1 day before I bought grocery from spar hyper Market brooke fields mall.they treated so disgusting the staff used unporlimentary words towards customer some among them were laughted at ne sarcastically is this the behaviour to teach the staff to behave customer ask your all staff to respect all the customer and staff customers who are working in the same brooke fields mall because the staff who are all working in the mall also find the same disrespectful manner.

RESPONSE REQUIRE FROM THE SPAR STORE MANAGER Customers, please check your bill Please note customer service in the above store is pathetic. Rusk was advertised for Rs 65 however I was charged Rs 75, when I raised with your staff was advised that specials finished today. As far as I am concerned, I should be charged only 65, paid 75. When I wanted to return was told that only credit note will be issued. It doesn't make any sense! Your staff checked the price removed special price also went back office not sure what he did? I purchased soap MRP was Rs 10 however again charged Rs 15 when I asked was refunded Rs 5. I also purchased dosa flipper, which was in the section where they had 50 percent, no barcode was in that item. They scanned another item ended up in paying full price. All Agarwal sweets were 70% off, again, paid more. Your staff need to be trained properly. I will be taking the matter further if I don't receive proper response. No response received for the email sent, also no one is responding to the number provided on the receipt.

Worst experience of shopping in Spar Hyper market brookefileds. Currently there are many financial scam happening by means of just getting a persons mobile number, especially when that mobile number is linked with the banking accounts. I always refuse to give my mobile number in any such outlets when they ask my mobile number since already I experienced many scammer and phishing calls. The spar management is forcefully collecting the Customer's mobile number during billing stating that mobile number is mandatory for any exchange requirements and that is their policy!!. I don't understand that when I have the physical bill with me what is the need of a mobile number when there is an exchange of product? They threaten that if I don't give my mobile number and if the product is damaged means then replacement can't be done!! First of all it is such a stupidity in their process, more over I see this as an excuse for collecting the customer's mobile number at any cost. When i demanded that they are forcefully getting the mobile number from customer in the name of exchange requirements, a couple of staffs gathered over and started taunting at me instead of giving a valuable reason or resolving the problem. During shopping there is no one to help or guide through where the products are placed, but during this bill counter issue they are more than 3 to 4 people appeared on spot to insist me that I should give my mobile number. Finally they gave me the option that I should give my mobile number so that I can exchange if there is a product damage, or without mobile number they can bill but if product is damaged or so I should keep it with myself!! I preferred to bill with out giving my mobile number and never going to purchase further in SPAR. They are contributing to the cyber scams by collecting the mobile number of customers.
