This was our first time ever renting a storage unit before!! We left our unit and never called them to tell them, because we didn’t know. 3 momths later we woke up to $232 taken from our account. It was part of our rent money to keep a roof over our heads and our babies head!! Now we have to hope our landlord works with us!! They said they won’t issue us a refund!!!
