Worst experience ever!! I have been in alot of 3 stars hotel but this deserve to be one!! Price is not worth it at all. Breakfast very limited. Found a piece of hair in the sunnyside eggs. Bad smell in elevators and reception. Not recommended at all. No slippers or bathrobes .

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Management Should Investigate I had a terrible experience with the front office manager, Mr. Mohamed Nasr El Din, during my check-in. I had pre-booked a 1BHK and confirmed my late arrival. Upon reaching, I struggled to find parking and was advised by hotel staff over the phone to park in front and hand over my keys to the valet, which I did immediately. While making my payment, I received a municipality traffic fine issued minutes after I handed over my keys. When I raised this, the manager completely dismissed my concern, shifted blame onto me, and even manipulated facts—claiming my check-in wasn’t completed (despite having my ID) and later pretending my ID was never with them. What made this worse was his mocking tone and refusal to engage professionally. He even laughed and sarcastically told me to “just sit and wait before leaving with my fined car.” Other staff, including the valet and receptionists, seemed to know I was right but were too afraid to speak up—except for one receptionist who genuinely tried to help but couldn’t override the manager’s behavior. When I asked about escalating the issue, he arrogantly stated he was the only person to speak to and even welcomed me to post my experience online. This is not just poor service but unethical conduct from someone in a leadership role. I strongly urge management to review CCTV footage and address this unprofessional behavior. A front office manager should uphold guest rights, not silence staff and mock customers. I strongly anticipate a management response to his unprofessional behavior and and expecting non based solution and compensation to the incident.

Pool training at this property is highly recommended with this trainer Dilmith, he’s highly talented and well qualified individual. He’s very knowledgeable, I came with zero knowledge in swimming, he made me understand techniques and come to a point where he recommended me to go for competition in 2 months and time. Kudos bro for the great future 👏👏👏
