Conveniently located in Bridlewood Mall. the staff do a good job keeping it clean. It can get very crowded during busy hours. The main issue is that equipment repair windows are very long so be prepared to see this sign on a lot of their machines. (can guarantee one leg extension machine will be out of commission)

I chose this gym because it’s open 24 hours, and since I work late, I don’t have much time to come during the day, so I usually go at night. However, last night I was shocked to see several homeless people resting on the massage chairs, wearing inappropriate clothing. It felt unsafe and unbelievable to me. I would like to cancel my membership at this gym, and I’m truly disappointed by this situation and the lack of proper management. I don’t feel safe in this gym because what I saw was truly unacceptable and hard to comprehend. I am filing a complaint about this issue and expect it to be addressed.💯➖

They changed the lights and I’ve never been this unhappy with this location before. The warm yellow lights made me feel like it was my home gym and brought comfort to me. These cool white lights are too harsh…I really hope they bring back the warm lights.
