I had an absolutely amazing experience today at Spavia King of Prussia! From start to finish, I felt so welcomed, cared for, and respected—especially as someone with a disability. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs without making me feel like a burden. Regina gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic—I left feeling like a whole new person! Alexa followed up with the *Summer Sunset Illumination Facial*, and wow—I am still glowing. She took the time to explain each step and tailored everything to my skin’s needs. The seasonal touch was refreshing, and my face has never felt so hydrated and smooth. Both Regina and Alexa were not only talented, but kind, respectful, and deeply professional. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful and inclusive spa experience!

It was my first time at Spavia; I had a facial with Michelle. Everyone welcomed me like I’ve been there a million times. Michelle made my experience amazing and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She’s so sweet & talked to me like I was a friend she’s known forever, especially when it came to recommendations for my skin. I will absolutely be back because of Michelle. Definitely recommend booking with her!!

This place is the real deal. We’ve had memberships to the other big names but this one does it the way you’re supposed to. You have a bathroom that allows you to decompress and get ready. And then a waiting room to hang for a moment before and after the massage. They also have a full shower. It was nice to use that and not put my work clothes back on covered in lotion. My wife is a regular with Rachel and based on my first experience with her today I understand why. Great masseuse. Listens to your needs and checks in the right amount to make sure they’re being met.

Got the relax package as a gift from my boyfriend, which included a massage & facial and could not have asked for a better experience. Regina did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and providing me with an amazing massage. Megan was very knowledgeable and gave me good pointers regarding my skin care. It was a great first facial. I will definitely be back. I also wanted to mention that the environment was amazing and everything was super clean. From the moment I walked in, until I left, the staff was accommodating and friendly!!!
