SPAW Pet Grooming & Boutique

After going back and forth with our regular groomer and inconsistent haircuts a friend recommended SPAW. I was hesitant because I have a miniature schnauzer that is Sassy and Mouthy. She is still a puppy and lots of noises over stimulate her. It was nice that when I dropped her off she wasn’t stuck in her crate for 8 hrs but worked on at her time and I was immediately notified when she was done instead of sticking her in a crate. I loved that she was able to socialize with other dogs her size while she waiting for me to pick her up. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and friendly, they talked me through her appointment and I am glad they took their time with her because she does get nervous around the clippers. Definitely taking Watson back for her next haircut. ***picture of before and after. I asked for shaved as I do not like the long hair on schnauzers. Her beard was trimmed shorter because of the matting (previous groomer from another place canceled appointment so that’s why she was matted). Overall very happy with her appearance and she seems much happier.

We’ve been coming here for over 8 years! Best groomers in town- I never have to worry about them accidentally cutting my dog’s skin or her getting injured while in their care. My dog is very finicky and has anxiety but they always do great with her and she looks great after too. I wouldn’t trust my dog to anyone else

Good groomer who accepts large breeds. The lead time to get an appointment is reasonable e.g. within a week. Standing special requests that you have for each grooming are not handled well. Remind whoever checks you in to follow your special request. That’s the only improvement to the business that i recommend.
