My buddy took me out for supper, he had a big easy burger and I had a Ruben sandwich, great to the last bite. The long Island ice tea I was drinking was very good also. The staff is very friendly and made sure we didn't run out of anything, keep up the good work y'all
Nathan WittMy waitress was absolutely amazing on the patio, as well as the food. They have de-throned the long-reigning burger place in town. My burger was cooked perfect and made it a double for only $2 more! And the coleslaw was a very generous portion. Excellent!
wjohn1983I just had the joy of watching multiple customers of yours say how they will never return to your bar because your current servers suck. They made mention of how a table right next to theirs would get served, but servers ignored neglected customers right in front of them. Their customers consistently say the bartenders would constantly apologize for bad servers picking and choosing which customers they serve. I made mention of my own hospitality past and said it's not hard or rocket science to help others out. Even if it's outside your section. The server hopped on with attitude. So I can see why your customers unanimously are saying they will never return. It's pretty sad especially if your management can't replace your bad servers. Because to me if a manager can't filter out bad eggs. Then the company has two choices. Overhauling the staff or closing shop. Seen it happen multiple times where if owners can't fix the problem they close location. Too many stores closing these days.
