DO NOT GOO! If you have been reading any of the reviews there’s a lot of them that talk about Speakeasy scamming you ! I was unfortunate to be one of those people as well. I was excited to start a new gym. The gym itself it’s always packed, even when I go at 5 am, there’s quite a lot of people. It’s not a clean or organized gym either. The weights are all over the place no one really takes their time to clean, seems like the staff is lazy and doesn’t do their job. The receptionist is rude, you say good morning she completely ignores you. Can’t crack a smile to save her life. She tends to give you attitude as well. The staff themselves, lack customer service. I should have seen the red flags from a mile away. I know there’s an annual fee of $59.99, which should be charged once. I was charged twice ! I did not get my money back, their excuse was dumb as well. The time I signed up it said I would have 4 months of $20, LIES. I paid $20 for the first month and $30 right after that each month. $30 for a membership for just yourself. Now my sister wanted to start going to the gym with me so we had to get her a buddy pass that’s an extra $15 a month. And we signed up with the receptionist, she filled out all of the information on her computer and just asked us to sign and pay. And we went along with our day. So now it’s a $45 gym membership a month ! I recently cancelled my membership last month because I’ve been having too many issues with them, I see I was charged $15 from speakeasy ? I was confused as I thought I had cancelled my membership. I called them to get told, yes my main membership was cancelled but my buddy pass was still active. So I will be charged until next year 2026 January for the buddy pass. I can’t use this buddy pass since the main membership is cancelled. But I’m force to pay for it !!???? How does that even make sense. They never once explained this to me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible experience. Don’t go, they do scam you!! They’ll try somehow!

The weight lifting equipment is good; many people at this gym do not re rack dumbbells to their appropriate values (i.e. 50lbs on marked 15lbs holders). They have below average diversity in cardio equipment, the ambience depends on personal taste, the men's locker room is HORRENDOUS, the parking lot is not pleasant but you can be confident there will be available space, the quality of service from the employees is mediocre to below average. On top of that I also fell victim to the scam, mentioned in other reviews. They told me I could try out the gym for 1$ for 5 days then its a 24$ monthly subscription. I cancelled after the second workout which was well within the initial 5 days. I did not enjoy the cardio machines nor the ambience. I was surprisingly charged the 24$ for the subscription even though I cancelled the membership. I do not recommend this location.

Wondering why the gym doesn’t answer the one star reviews when reviews are to let us know something needs attention to improve unfortunately I have no words to describe the attitude of the bad looking low training and cero customer service of the receptionist if you can call her that it has a name Melanie I was there today invited for a member to see the place and see if I can get my membership but that person did all possible to don’t allow a new person to know the place . Hard for me to believe this days mgr and owners have that kind of people , I know we are in crisis to hire good people to work but in this case this place will close soon since a steam room is in bad conditions doesn’t work properly cleanliness place etc. good luck speakeasy hope you improve because otherwise your employee start is doing all possible to make it happen
