I had an issue with my front door cylinder lock and I rang Joe to help out. On his way home, he popped in the same day to bring me a new lock. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I now have a lock guy and I will recommend him to friends and family. If you have any problems and need a locksmith use this guy.

Messaged Joe and explained I wanted to have a gate lock fitted. He told me what to order and to let me no when it arrived. I did he turned up two hours later and expertly fit it. I have been using Joe for several years now and would not dream of going anywhere else. The guy is awesome.

Really prompt communication from first message to ask if Joe could look at an old lock in a Grade 2 Listed cottage. Joe offered a convenient appointment, assessed the issue and advised on the best solution. He returned a few days later to fit and new lock and some additional security bolts. Joe worked quickly and left everything clean and tidy. New handle and lock look great and the additional security makes me feel safer at home. Really competitive price as well! Will definitely use Joe again and would 100% recommend!
