We decided on short notice to flee the heat of Florida for points north. Knowing I needed a simple but necessary repair to my camper, I called Speedy. Technician Vance came out and made the repair for us in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. By no one’s fault, the repair did not work properly. Speedo’s owner, Frank, tried to make arrangements to get a tech back out to me before our quick exit from Florida but the schedule just did not allow for it. Frank offered me a full refund so I may get my issue addressed while we are on the road. This is the kind of thing that makes local businesses, like Speedy RV Repair, great. I’ll be back in a few months and Vance will be back out to repair whatever breaks on this trip. Thanks Speedy!!

Vance always does great work and is great at explaining what needs to be done. He is reasonable on his approach to repairs. Speedy is great at keeping me up to date on the arrival status of the technician. Love that I can see the driver status live and can plan to be home for their arrival without having to sit around for hours. The communication is great!
