Speedy Transport Group

Tried getting rate quotes, but transferred to other depts then they hang up. Hard to find any good shipping customer service. NEXT!!

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Our shipment was transferred to Speedy Transport. I am thoroughly disappointed in their service. Our item was dropped off at Speedy Transport February 28, 2024. They contacted our end customer stating delivery would be February 29 @ 10:30am. The shipment never arrived, nor did their online tracking update. Our item then proceeded to sit at Speedy Transports yard, with no explanation. Our customer contacted Speedy Transport inquiring about the delay. He was not provided any information except that they would send an email and return his call with more information. There was no response. Our customer called me, again, asking where his item was staying, as their customer was NOT HAPPY. I proceeded to call Speedy Transport, and inquired on the delay. She was unable to assist me. Claimed she would send an email asking about it and get back to me. She did not. I called again March 5, 2024, as our customer is now FURIOUS. I spoke with employee. She also was not much help. But shortly after my call, they must have put our item on a truck and sent it out. It was then delivered in 2.5 hours. Had we not called several times, would our item have even been delivered?! It’s extremely unprofessional of Speedy Transport. I highly suggest looking at using other carriers instead of Speedy Transport.

Andre Poirier assisted us the other day with an extremely urgent matter. He worked hard to resolve the matter within a 24 hour period, after we approached him at closing time. Thank you so much Andre! Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
