Our dog gets pampered by both Jess and Steph. With their experience their knowledge their patience affordable pricing and flexibility for scheduling appointments which is extremely difficult to find in one location but stop HERE because you've have found it. mary labiriWe recently moved to Burlington from Toronto where our Cockapoo went to an EXCELLENT groomer for 3 1/2 years. We were looking for one like that. Unfortunately, Pet Purfect was a MASSIVE disappointment. They quoted us $95.00 then changed the price to $120 - their reasons for UPPING the price without us knowing sounded like TERRIBLE EXCUSES. He was completely shaved down, his tail was completely razored - our groomer before took the time to properly comb out the matting that occurs with Cockapoo's, his coat and ears not properly combed and stray hairs were left without clipping evenly. They said he tried to bite the groomer and when questioned, she said nipped at the clippers - that is 2 different things. What a lazy job and a total rip off. Our search continues to find a GREAT groomer in Burlington - Pet Purfect isn't one of them.
