Sphere Health & Fitness is truly a hidden gem in Aurora. This is not your typical gym.. it’s an exceptional place focused on personalized care, expert knowledge, and real transformation. I am not a fan of traditional gyms but Sphere is unique and I absolutely loved my experience at Sphere. After suffering a catastrophic leg break, recovery seemed like a long and uncertain road. But the incredible team at Sphere changed everything. Their trainers are not just fitness experts, they are deeply knowledgeable in body mechanics, injury recovery, and strength training. They designed a thoughtful, progressive program that helped me regain strength and confidence. Thanks to their guidance and support, the recovery process was significantly faster and more effective than expected. The atmosphere at Sphere is welcoming, supportive, and professional and you truly feel like you’re in the hands of people who care and who know exactly what they’re doing. If you’re looking for a place that goes far beyond the “gym” label, where recovery, strength, and personal attention are the focus, Sphere Health & Fitness is it. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have been a member at Sphere Health& Fitness for 2+ years. I love the environment/energy of the gym and support provided by Karen and her staff. They are all extremely knowledgeable. You never have to worry about doing an exercise incorrectly as there is always a trainer available to ask or they are monitoring what you are doing and let you know. Even if you find an exercise is difficult they can adjust it to meet your needs. I have always found the other members to be friendly and welcoming. Over my time as a member I have become stronger and fit as well as improved my overall health. As a 60+ yr female I highly recommend this facility.

I have been to a number of different gyms over the years and Sphere's programming stands out as the most supportive and effective of them all. The trainers are experts at ensuring correct form and guiding you to build whole body strength, individualized to your own abilities. Their often-rotating selection of stations are challenging and fun, and I've become so much stronger and transformed my body in the 2 years I've been a member, despite only going a couple of days a week! And the members themselves are a diverse, inclusive and welcoming group. Sphere's new, larger location has meant a lot of new equipment and even more variety in the stations. 100% recommend!
