We love Gregory and he has been our technician for many years. He is very knowledgeable about all the various bugs, critters, and ways to treat and get rid of them. If we have an issue, he listens to the problem and knows exactly what to do. He also will ask if the past treatment helped in the follow-up appointment. He is one of the main reasons we stick with Terminix along with the fact that their treatments are effective and we have had little complaints. We thank Gregory for his service over the years.

Our Terminix expert, Freddie, is always able to put my mind at ease. He thoroughly walks through what he plans to do and why, answering any additional questions as they come up. He is punctual on arrival and is able to do his job quickly and efficiently. He's always helpful and considers my feedback when he's deciding where and how much to spray. I appreciate all his hard work in this hot weather.

I had Steve Bennet at my house today for the inspection. He was very professional. He checked everything. He gave me suggestions to keep my home safe and sound.
