Colleen MygattThe staff was very nice and cordial. The dentist tapped around on my tooth asking if it hurt. Of course it did. I was told they couldn’t help me and to make an appointment with an endodontist. In the meantime, I had to contact an outside source to get some pain medication and antibiotics. As it turned out, I had a really bad infection. The endodontist found that the dentist who did the original root canal had broken a tool off inside one of the roots and why couldn’t this dentist office have told me that ? I understood they were state-of-the-art, but I didn’t see nothing state-of-the-art in there. I will be seeking general dentistry elsewhere as I feel I was not adequately treated.
