Honestly had been bothering me the last couple days. I go in on Friday and ask for a 1 up to the crown of my head and a slight trim on the top as I like it a bit longer. Stylists indicates she will try and blend it a bit lower as she doesn't want me to look to jar headed. I agreed as this seems to be something that happens with stylists sometimes. She styles it with a much low blend. Cool whatever. Look at it then say hey that's great but I like a it much sharp change and up here, indicating the crown of my head. She then brings the 1 up to the crown. Then for whatever reason starts blending the cut on the top of my head. By the time she is done I might as well have have just buzzed the thing. Then to add insult to injury I have tip her at the same time I'm tipping for my son who loved his hair cut. I'm honestly just tired of stylists deciding I don't know what I like or what I'm talking about. At least on base I don't have to pay an arm and a leg to screw up a cut.

Toni - another A+ performance today. I got another fabulous haircut from a friendly, personable, and professional stylist. She is the best by far. The Midwest City Store - still gets an A+. Clean and well maintained with plenty of televisions to watch the games.

So after getting there 5mins early. Some worker with short, blonde hair just removed me from the waiting list after I told her I was there early. She than added me back on the list to wait an hour. However niya, she went far far above and beyond. She said ill just take care of you, so she took me back and got everything absolutely perfect. Did my eyebrows and trimmed my beard and everything. She is so so incredibly amazing. I will be seeing her for now on. 5 🌟 all the way. She deserves a major bonus for sure.

Set me a wait on the website. Said 75 mins. Showed up 75 mins later, come in and it takes me off the list, I tell one of the stylist and she adds me back. I assumed I was next, me and my family wait there for 40 mins then when Ali comes to the front she calls somebody else…was a waste of almost an hour and my stylist seen I had my kid there she could have said something. Lost a customer for sure. Get your system together, wasting people’s time.
