Landon was my boyfriend’s stylist and she butchered his haircut. Gave him the world’s smallest micro bangs and didn’t even give him what he asked for when he showed them a picture. They then told him he could get a refund when the manager got there, and then proceeded to say they don’t give out refunds that the next haircut is on them! You think he’s going to trust sports clips to cut his hair again? Clearly they’ll hire just anyone based off these other reviews. We should have checked before coming. Try your luck at the Moore location they’re friendlier and know what they’re doing!!

Horrendous service. I waited an hour and finally they told me 20 more minutes. I left. I watched one hair stylist chit chatting over an hour while doing a man’s cut. That was a 10 minute cut at the most. I watched 3 other stylists finish cuts and stand around at their stations killing time and never moved to next client. I was the 4th person to check in and leave out of frustration. If you have 2 hours for a haircut, be my guest to visit.

They’ve went downhill for years. You never see the same hairstylists there for very long. They treat their stylists like garbage and instead of trying to retain workers, they are expendable.every time my bfriend would go there, their workers were made to push their products, push extra services, everything seemed rushed, and overheard the public helps pay their wage by way of a gratuity. Soo expensive and not worth a simple guys haircut. Money money money is the name of the game. If you get a bad haircut it’s probably that you got another new stylist. Good luck!
