Hannah gave my baby his first hair cut and she was so sweet, kind, and patient!! And he did not make it easy on her!!! I could not brag on this sweet girl enough! This is a core memory for my family and I and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! There was also a cute little blonde in the salon, but I did not catch her name, she also was the sweetest!! Great job Stillwater! I’ll have to keep bringing him back here 🥹❤️🫶🏻

I came to this hair salon for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and clean it was. I didn't wait long; they quickly informed me that I needed to register. The monitor showed the line moving. I thought I'd have time to go to the Walmart across the street, but I barely made it there before I received a message that a specialist would see me in 15 minutes. She quickly found a hairstyle for me, and her hands worked wonders. Her cool hands were very pleasant. I really liked the service and the quality of care. I give it a full rating and highly recommend visiting this hair salon! Thank you so much!

It was my first time visiting this barbershop, and I actually liked how my haircut turned out. I was even thinking about becoming a regular customer until I saw an unexpected $10 “detail” fee added at the end. When I asked to get my beard trimmed (after the haircut was almost finished), the barber mentioned it would be an additional $10, which I agreed to since that’s normal. But when it was time to pay, there was another $10 charge for “details.” All I asked for was a regular fade, a faded beard with cleanup around the mustache, and a small line in my eyebrow. When I asked about the extra charge, the barber said it was because of the mustache, hairline, and beard. I asked if the mustache isn’t already included with the beard trim, and if a small eyebrow line really costs $10. She said it was “policy” and offered to show me, while another woman said it was because of “her time.” I didn’t want the conversation to turn into an argument, so I just paid and left. For reference, I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and left at about 7:43 roughly an hour, which seems like a normal service time. I don’t think customers should be charged extra because the barber took more time doing their job carefully. The haircut itself was good, but the unclear pricing and mixed explanations made the experience disappointing. I believe customers deserve to know all charges upfront and not at checkout
