The atmosphere and vibe are chill and good tunes on an amazing sound system! Tunes are pumping all day. Jason is amazing and very easy to talk to while you're getting your hair done. You can be assured that you're getting what you paid for with this cool vibe and experience. The prices are decent too. It's not bad for cut and shaving combo. Come and check them out - even if it's just for a quick STOP IN - It's definitely a unique experience and a great stop during a hectic day.
Called to ask availability who ever answered just hung up the phone. So then I filled out the appointment form on the website and no call back or email reply either. What's the point in even having that form up if you don't communicate with people? Would be nice to be acknowledged and not hung up on. I guess they don't need new clients.
Pros: Very clean barbershop that includes a full stocked bar, clean washrooms, an atm and shows sports on TV's Cons: Jason who I believe is the owner has a real attitude problem and needs to learn to listen to the customer and what hairstyle they want and then proceed to cut the hair not assume he knows the deal. Overall: Its worth taking a chance on the other barber who actively listens and pays attention. The shop itself is a great concept, just needs some customer service training
