Booked an appointment for my 5-year-old grandson. Ignored for 20 minutes and then when asked, was told she was running behind and would be 30 to 35 minutes which would be 45 minutes past appointment. Not easy to ask a 5-year-old to sit for 45 minutes. Received 3 notice reminders of the booked appointment but no notice that appointment would be delayed. first and last experience!
