Writing this review whilst looking at our 4 month old baby, words cannot express how highly we recommend the LWC in Eastbourne. Having experienced previous unsuccessful IVF cycles with another provider, the LWC was the breath of fresh air that we needed. Instantly we felt reassured and confident in their approach. We felt they understood our situation fully and we were fully confident in the recommendations and advice given to us. The staff were more than just professional and knowledgeable, they were empathetic and personable. We were more than just a number, but real people with real feelings and real dreams of having our own family. The staff at the clinic were always available and contactable, something which cannot be taken for granted when hormones and emotions are high. We know it wasn't just a coincidence that our first cycle with LWC was our first and only successful cycle resulting in our miracle baby; they knew exactly what they were doing. So we have no hesitation recommending LWC and we wouldn't choose any other provider if we did decide to try and expand our family in the future. A special thank you goes to Melanie Collenette who was absolutely amazing during and after our treatment, we felt in such good hands with you - we can never thank you enough.

LWC took over this facility last year (2023). And I cannot put into words properly to describe how incredible they have been. The empathy, the advice, the ability to talk me off a ledge when it gets incredibly hard. Having normal everyday conversations when in clinic like I'm not just a number. All of it. I love how much they included my fella in all the appointments which we never experienced elsewhere. And it was thanks to their support I could continue treatment at all. Regardless of whether this transfer I am currently on works. My faith was restored in UK treatment with LWC and I want to specifically thank Melanie, Lisa-Marie, Fabienne, Michael, Chris and Leoni for the constant and consistent support given to me and my partner this year ❤️ the whole team is just... amazing 👏 x Thank you x

Every aspect of this clinic's care has been exemplary. From the reception team to the nurses; the embryologists and the wonderful doctor. They are so skilled and knowledgeable. They have your very best interests at heart and clearly care so much about the work they do. This review isn't written in glow of a positive pregnancy result (yet!) it's simply a recommendation that you couldn't expect any better care or expertise than you will find here.
