Absolutely amazing staff and doctors 🥼 they were kind and thoughtful and LISTENED which is a huge one in my book. I appreciated the experience even though it was an emergency wisdom tooth removal they made me comfortable and I felt safe. I couldn’t use gas or be put under due to medication and even with them only using numbing shots I was very comfortable and they weren’t rough at all. I’m glad I chose them! Highly highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed after years of loyalty. I’ve been a patient at this Aspen Dental location for years and always appreciated that they worked with my schedule. I’m a wildland firefighter with the USDA, and my schedule changes rapidly and often at the last minute due to wildfire assignments and government decisions. When I scheduled my recent annual appointment months ago, I made it clear that my ability to attend depended on the fire season. The staff told me at the time that they understood and would work with me if rescheduling became necessary. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. I was recently notified that I’ll be attending a mandatory fire training next week and called to reschedule my appointment—something I’ve had to do several times this year due to active wildfire assignments. Despite explaining my situation again, I was told they would only schedule me one more appointment and that after that, I’d only be accepted as a walk-in because I’ve had to reschedule “too many times.” To make matters worse, one of those “reschedules” was actually because Aspen canceled my appointment, not me—the dentist was out that day. When I reminded them that they’ve known for years that I live out of state and that Oklahoma is my centralized location for all my medical, dental, and orthodontic care, I was told I should just go “back home” to my state instead. That kind of attitude is completely dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve always respected and appreciated this office, but after years of loyalty, flexibility, and communication on my end, it’s disheartening to be treated like an inconvenience instead of a long-term patient. Aspen Dental markets itself as caring and understanding—but when it actually mattered, that compassion disappeared. I would strongly urge other essential service workers or anyone with demanding, unpredictable schedules to think twice before trusting this office to accommodate your needs.

Very rarely does a dental office get it right from start to finish. SURPRISE THIS ONE DID. It is apparent the whole team at the Hillside Aspen Dental takes patient healthcare AND their overall satisfaction seriously. From the moment I checked in with their super friendly front desk personnel, I knew I was in good hands. Priscilla, the lovely Hygienist who provided my care, was extremely personable and thorough. My teeth have never felt more CLEAN! (Thank you again Priscilla!) Hannah’s jovial mood during all of our interactions rounded out the visit for a solid A+. Thank you again to all the amazing staff at Aspen! I appreciate all of your efforts making sure I was provided with the most excellent care, from start to finish.
