I never thought I would say this, but I am sad to move to a city where they didn’t have any properties available. They earned my trust and respect as a professional property management company.

She has been extremely supportive and helpful in managing our small community. She is responsive in her emails, eager to assist in all of our concerns, and helpful to all of our residents in abiding by our covenants to make us a desirable and friendly place to live. I wish I could leave an even lower score. Nashville, Tennessee is where our property is located. I made contact on March 20th about the roof leaking. "The HOA had just done new roofs a year ago that we paid for." Today is April 9th. Nicki Clarke the manager for our community at Apex Ventures has given us the run around for weeks of rains now. She prefers texting or email versus actually caring to do her job. Have even lied about making contact with us. When I asked what phone number she was calling?? No response there. I would highly suggest picking any other management group for Property Management as they have yet to even send a single roofer by to assess the damages. If you are a home owner and having to deal with these clowns 🤡, I feel for you. Update: Response to "Owner" comment. I have dealt with Nicki since 2017. So far the most honesty that I have received from her is the price for a pool access key. Her communication lacks on all fronts. But thank you "owner" for not calling me back and dealing with this matter personally. You, like Nicki, hide behind the keyboard instead of actually getting out into the field and doing the "business" that you are being Paid to do. I have plenty of sparce texts from Nicki showing how it has been nothing but Fluff since the 20th of March. You scheduled with no one to come out. You did not contact the resident, but you claimed to. When asked what number you "notified" there was no response from your end. Even via email. I offered roofers to Nicki as we have other properties in the area that have had roofers coming every few days for the past 3 weeks for bids and repairs. It's a leak in the roof. "Your Company" especially Nicki and you who wrote this have been nothing but utterly unprofessional and will be reported as such. I have documented your response already. Thank you for showing me what Apex Ventures truly does.
