Lucille at Sprockets did an absolutely amazing job grooming Manny! Pomeranians are not easy to shape and style properly, but she made him look like a perfect little pom—it’s honestly magical. This was Manny’s very first grooming session, and I was hesitant going in, especially after some bad experiences with other groomers for my previous poms. But Lucille truly knows her craft. She’s incredibly kind, made my puppy feel completely at ease, and handled him with such empathy and care. On top of her grooming talent, she’s also very knowledgeable about pet health, which gave me even more confidence. Highly recommend her!
Ashleigh grooms our pup and I couldn’t recommend her more! He used to be pretty anxious with other groomers, but after seeing Ashleigh, he always comes home happy—and as a bonus, he smells and looks amazing. Her location is quite far from us, but we gladly make the drive because we know he’s in great hands. She also sends photo and video updates, which is such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.
We've been taking our dog, Grizz, to Lucille at Sprocketts for grooming and we couldn't be happier! She is incredibly patient and gentle with Grizz, which has been essential in helping him feel more comfortable and confident during visits. One of the things that really impresses us is the her willingness to work at Grizz's pace. This is slowly helping him become comfortable without his muzzle, which is a huge accomplishment! We've noticed a significant difference in Grizz's demeanor during visits - he's becoming more relaxed and calm, which makes the entire experience much more enjoyable for all of us!
