I recently finished level 3 with Shaun Eldridge. Easily the best teacher I’ve ever had in my entire education. He teaches the course material very thoroughly and makes the time and effort to ensure his students are on the path to success. I highly recommend anyone who’s interested in Electrical to attend Sprott Shaw

“Today I proudly completed my Foundation program. The past six months have been an important step toward my goals, and a truly memorable experience. From the smooth admission process with Edd and Russ, to learning under Warren Wong—who went above and beyond to ensure our success—every moment has been invaluable. His proactive approach and unforgettable analogies made learning both practical and inspiring. Grateful for this journey and excited for the next chapter

I have observed several areas of concern regarding Instructor's professional conduct and performance. There appears to be a lack of consistency in communication and follow-through on commitments. Information provided is often inaccurate or misleading, which can create confusion and hinder team effectiveness. Additionally, the individual seems to struggle with organization and planning, often appearing distracted or unprepared during discussions. There is also a tendency to change directions frequently, contributing to a sense of instability within the team. In interactions, particularly in the presence of senior management, there seems to be an effort to create the impression of engagement in important matters, although this is not always reflected in actual contributions or outcomes. The person often appears to be busy without delivering tangible results. From an instructional standpoint, effectiveness is limited. Sessions lack engagement and structure, and there is a noticeable focus on time passing rather than meaningful teaching or knowledge transfer. Improvement in communication, reliability, planning, and teaching effectiveness is strongly recommended for future professional development.

My husband enrolled in the electrician program at this school and was treated unfairly from day one. Within a week, he was falsely accused of hacking into the system to access exams—an outrageous claim that the school’s own IT department couldn’t prove. The timing was suspicious: the same day an instructor asked for his personal number, all exams were suddenly opened in the system. Yet no investigation produced any real evidence. Instead of support, the instructor constantly told him he would fail and tried to push him to drop out. When he asked to review quizzes or rewrite exams—rights clearly outlined in school policy—he was denied with “It’s my choice.” That’s not policy, that’s abuse of power. Despite multiple emails and a complaint to the dean, we received no response. The school ignored everything. This is harassment, plain and simple, and a complete failure of professionalism and accountability. Avoid this school if you expect fairness or support.
