Had an ingrown toenail procedure. Don't remember the doctors name but he did not numb me well. I felt everything as he cut the nail and my skin off my toe. He had to inject me with anesthesia twice and still did not work. He scheduled my appointment 30 minutes before he was off and it was obvious that he was in a hurry to finish my procedure. Did not give me good instructions either. Didn't seem to care very much about if it hurt or if he did it right as he seemed to be rushing and did not want to schedule a follow up to see how my nail was afterwards. The bandage dressing was also not correctly administered because the bandage was stuck to my open wound when there should have been gauze underneath it and I could not get it off at all. It was absolutely stuck on there. Honestly will not go back as I do not want to relive this experience again.

Dr. Kam is an amazing doctor! We have seen him since my oldest was a toddler, he’s very thorough and caring. I won’t go to anyone else. The front staff are also great, when I phoned to make an appointment for an early miscarriage the woman on the phone took the time to ask me if I was okay and showed sympathy. I really appreciated that. Pharmacy staff is also very friendly! :)
