Spryfield Animal Hospital

I’ve been disappointed by the lack of communication and poor treatment I received from Spryfield Veterinary Clinic. I showed up for a scheduled appointment, only to find the clinic closed—without any prior notice of cancellation. I had even received an email confirming the appointment When I called to express my concern, the staff member implied that the responsibility was mine for not hearing a voicemail, and then blamed me for being “disrespectful” before hanging up on me—twice. This experience not only wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress to my cat, but also showed a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I have since moved to a different clinic and hope that management at Spryfield Vet will take steps to improve staff training and client communication.

I called early morning for my cat Maggie (16yrs) she is a kitty with a spicey attitude. The vet and assistant were so kind and had no issues with her lashing out. I was so amazed with their patience and kindness towards Maggie.she was handled with love and concern which impressed me so much. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart .The visit was wonderful. I highly reccomend this practice.

We just rescued our second rescue from Texas. They we so helpful, friendly, inviting and very informative, I was not rushed out and they we able to answer evey quesiton I had about my new Furr baby. I was soo happy that I actualy transferred my other dog's files over to the Spryfield Animal Hospital!!! And now both of my Furr babies Chiquita and Cleo will go to this Clinic!!
