Twice I visited the place, have had bad experience if not worse. Got sent a prescription to this pharmacy for 4 weeks. Initially given for 1 week and was asked to come back again for remainder. Next time, got prescription for a drug while the generic version is cheaper, was given more expensive one. So, I started going to another rexall store near to my work, as I lowered my expectations off of my previous experience, as I got better experience.

A very good store with a lot of parking and not as busy as other drug stores in the area they seem to have a lot of good and uncommon items that are not found at most other drug stores and they also have a natural product and resources found in every section of the store as a healthy and environmental safer product choices available in every isles. This store also has a natural remedy and food section.I went there Thursday for covid test and found it very fast and great experience with safety protocol well adhered to so felt very comfortable and safe going here. Wile I was there I couldn't help doing some shopping and got a few hard to get items and noticed that they have a frozen food section.I also noticed chiller for dairy and cold beverages. Although the store was very clean I did notice that there prices were a bit high but the quality seems great. The checkout was fast and friendly with good social distancing well enforced and implemented protocol. This location also has a health clinic beside the pharmacy counter with good separation so I give this place 5 stars 🌟 all the way. Absolutely slow pharmacy. Asked to wait for 20 mins for just to remove the vaccine from the fridge and bill it. When asked the person said there were other prescriptions before me. I understand that part if they had to adjust pill or make small portions but just to remove and give is too much time. As such not planning to go there ever. So no problem.

On October 25th around 8:30PM, my friend and I were racially profiled by one of the store employees. When we went to the cash register to complain to what looked like the supervisor we were told that 'there had been many robberies in the store'. Our experience here was heavily downplayed and we were made to feel like the whole thing didn't really happen. You should all be ashamed for treating people this way. I will never shop here again and will spread the word.
