First time visit, basically to go to the EZPass office on the 2d floor next to Macy’s. The mall was clean but empty in the middle of a hot afternoon as well as the food court. Limited eatery places & prices ranged ~$10~$18 depending on what you want to eat. Bathroom area was relatively clean. Nothing fancy overall. Traffic is always brutal outside on Route 1.

Lots of the same kind of stores throughout the Simon malls. GameStop and newbury comics both gone from here and food court lacking. Not comparable to liberty tree mall… both escalators going up have been blocked off. You can go walk up the stairs in the middle of the mall. Very inconvenient, remove the barrier on the escalators and let people use those as stairs.

The mall feels quite outdated, with noticeable wear on both the exterior and some of the surrounding roads, which are in need of maintenance. Inside, the appearance and shop selection could use improvement, as there aren’t many options available. The food court area is unfortunately not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable during warmer days. Additionally, the restroom facilities could be better maintained, as there are issues with flushing and water pressure, and overall cleanliness needs attention. The elevator and escalator are also sometimes unreliable and may not provide the best experience. Overall, I would suggest considering other shopping options if available, as this mall may not meet your expectations. This is my first time here and will be my last.

Air Conditioning has been broken for over a year now. Extremely hot in the main walking areas and even most of the stores are running on temporary ac units. A lot of stores are closing and moving out since the mall won't fix the air conditioning.
