horrible service. they wanted to charge us for toilet paper AND bath gels because we didn’t have enough. service was really slow. check out was even worse. customer service was really rude on the agoda website when we tried to ask them about the deposit. the apartment was really dirty and the plates and bowls still were stained with food from the previous occupants. if you’re looking for somewhere to stay , please look for somewhere else. this place doesn’t even reach the minimum expectations of what an apartment is supposed to be.

We are pleased with the apartment accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our all family members enjoyed the stay very much. Very comfortable room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff. All in all had a good stay.
