Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest company. We paid 100% in advance for printed packaging covers and what we received was completely unusable—ink spilled, prints ruined, zero quality control. The company admitted it was their mistake and promised a replacement or refund. That promise was a lie. Months have passed with no replacement, no refund, and no resolution. After endless follow-ups, they stopped answering calls and messages entirely. This is not delay—this is intentional avoidance. To make things worse, we even offered to pay extra just to get the issue resolved, and that was ignored as well. Once they had the money, they clearly had no interest in accountability or customer support. This experience feels like outright cheating, not a genuine business error. Zero professionalism, zero ethics, and zero responsibility. Strongly advise everyone to stay away from this supplier. Save your money, time, and peace of mind.
