Despite the hype, I would like to share my bad experience when I approached Srishti Architects a few months back. I went there to discuss about the plot I own and my plans of building a house. I regret that 15 min talk with Mr John Koshy. He was constantly trying to belittle me through the whole conversation. He kept on asking my expertise in engineering and construction. If I were so well versed in these subject matters, why should I approach him in the first place? He questioned my knowledge in the current market prices of cement and steel and laughed at my budget of 40 lakhs, which according to him is not suffice to build a decent house. When enquired about his recent projects, he boasted about his 100s of projects he built in his career. The feeling I got from his conversation is that he did projects of millionaires/billionaires, business magnates, NRIs etc and it was a huge mistake from my part to approach his highness although his shabby dilapidated office setup doesnt match his pompous claims. In short, if you are a common man like me with a limited budget, kindly avoid a visit. Your day will be definitely ruined. Thank you
