Today I brought in my 2011 MacBook Pro that wouldn’t boot to the operating system. Because of its age, the Apple store was unable to do what I needed to do. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Apple store in there, “genius bar“. That said, if you really need some thing that the Apple store can’t handle, go see these guys. They know their stuff and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. No BS, no run around but fast and very friendly knowledgable service. I gave them five stars and I will go back in a heartbeat if I ever need any technical support and work done. By the way, I am somebody who is technically knowledgable when it comes to these things.

I have a Imac 2017. I had my HDD and RAM changed. I brought my mac at 10:15 am, and I paid 105$ for the express service. it's expensive, but my computer was ready at 2:30 pm i dealt with alex, William and vincent. all three were very courteous and professional.

They have other options such as validating that their computer can support updating windows first. Installing other os such as Linux is a free option. A Windows PC is not like an Apple, you do not need to change it because there is a newer version available...
