Long overdue review of SSP. Frank Ferreira, my contact and account manager, has always been prudent and hyper-responsive to pickup expectations and drop off timeline. In the nearly 10 shipments this year since I began using them in April of 2024, I haven’t had a single damaged shipment, nor a major delay with scheduling. Fair pricing and overdelivering have been the hallmark attributes I’ve associated with SSP. I just had a Horrendous experience with SSP . These guys told me they were sending an enclosed car carrier to pick up my show condition Viper and bring it up to the Canadian Border from Florida - what showed up was an amateur driver driving a regular freight transport truck and a flat bed tow truck driver . When the truck showed up- it was a regular transport truck, with no tire tie downs and the driver didn't even know what a viper was ...I was then told they ordered a flat bed and were going to pull my Viper onto the flat bed and then drive it from the flat bed into the back of the transport truck. The exotic car shop refused to give them the car as this was something they had never seen and didn't trust. Frank my rep at SSP tried convincing me that his guys do this all the time " were the best in the business and were experts". I have 7 cars and ship cars all of the time- and I have never seen someone use a tow truck flat bed to load an exotic onto a standard truck ... I'm dismayed by how they found it ethically okay for expectations to be so intentionally manipulated . Frank, then tried to pull a sleight of hand and say " I said covered carry, not covered car carrier" ..... meanwhile I was paying $2800 for the car to be moved on an appropriate covered car carrier for exotic and sports cars . Just a slimey experience - would never recommend these guys . Unethical and manipulative to say the least. Here is the photo of the truck and driver they sent to move my $200,000+ 9,000 mile show car - also included a photo of the car. . No wheel chocks, no tire straps and no ramp. Now I am missing the event my car was needed for in Canada and waiting another 2 weeks for another company to ship my car .

After 20 years of experience as tanker/ refer driver,I am glad and grateful for the opportunity to learn and make decent money,SSP is specialized in flatbed and dry van. Moving vehicles, equipment, materials,machinery,etc……I recommend this company to any dedicated driver who wants to put hands on anything moving in whole North America and make money of course , company is well organized safety is their language.
